The conference will be held over Google Meet. No need to download any apps or platform!
Each session will be recorded and shared for replay.
The following rules will be reminded at the beginning of each session:
- Mute your microphone and shut down your camera when you are not a speaker
- All questions can be asked through the chat.
For the 1to1 Meetings, please refer to this page and your final agenda to get the connexion link for each meeting.
For the workshop (reserved to cluster managers & staff), a dedicated email with the connexion link will be sent to the participants a few days before the date.

- End of registrations: 29th June 2021 at 18:00
- End of booking: 29th June 2021 at 18:00
- 1to1 Meetings: 1st July at 14:00-16:00 and 2nd July 2021 - 11:30-13:30
Costs
Participation to PIC2021 is free of charge and includes:
- 1to1 meetings among all participants available on Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd July
- Access to all conferences & field visits
